Huckabee came close to making the nomination. Palin may yet be our president, where do you think she stands on the issue? Pat farking robertson ran credibly in 88'. They did manage to get their way with Bush, and look what happened to America in only eight years.

This is not the first time such an attempt has been made, and where it has succeeded, terrible things followed.



















They've gotten there way in America before, mind you. Few are familiar with how oppressive the city of 'Zion', near Chicago, once was:

These organizations....The Family, Bob Jones U, Liberty U, Patrick Henry, Focus on the Family, Moral Majority, etc....They aren't a joke. The Family hosts the "national prayer breakfasts" that politicans have commonly attended for decades, yet the Family has a controversial history of support for facist governments, and until recently sported an openly facist agenda in the states. This isn't 'tinfoil hat' stuff, this is 'out in the open for anyone to research and read about' stuff. Why it isn't more widely publicized is beyond me.

Sufficed to say, that is why we fight them.

Bad wording. Something had to cause the first domino to fall. Not someone . Our brains are evolved to be biased towards intentionality- the assumption that all things are caused by rational actors. In an environment where you have to contend with other predators as well as predict the actions of your prey, that's an important ability. When trying to understand the Universe, that bias is a stumbling block.
